Opposition leader, Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba says European funds should help workers and families facing eviction

On Sunday, The Socialist Party unveiled a plan to reanimate the Spanish economy in order to stem rising unemployment, prevent fresh rounds of layoffs and to alleviate the effect of the recession on families.
 
10 billion euros national fund
After a meeting with party chiefs in Madrid, the socialist leader presented the proposals that calls for the state to award credits from now until 2015 to companies that do not sack workers.
The text also includes the creation of a 10 billion euros national fund, that out-of-work families in danger of eviction can access to meet their debts with the banks.
